2. COMPLETE THE CONSULTATION FORM
Knowing more about your specific skin concerns, current products, allergies, lifestyle, general health and more help me to determine your current skin condition and what products would work best to get you results.
After you reach out to me, I will send you the consultation form. Simply complete it, email it back to me, send a close-up photo of your beautiful face and the consultation fee and we will be good to go! I will review all of your information, determine a skin care routine that is right for you and we will set up a 30-minute Zoom chat to talk through the details of your plan and products.
3. JOIN MY POMP BEAUTY PORTAL
Some of the products I may recommend for home care are available through my POMP BEAUTY portal. POMP BEAUTY is a virtual skin care portal available only to licensed skin care professionals that allows me to personally connect with you to create customized home skin care routines to see results. HOW CAN I REACH YOU WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT MY PRODUCTS?
You can email me within the POMP portal from your portal profile.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS DON'T WORK OUT - CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Yes! You can return eligible unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of order delivery. You can exchange eligible products that have been opened within 10 days of order delivery. You can read the detailed POMP return policy HERE.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, use the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email or log into your orders dashboard for updates. If you don’t see a Pomp tracking email within 10 days of purchasing please be sure to check your spam folder. Tracking updates may take time, especially within the first 24-48 hours.
HOW DO I APPLY THE DISCOUNT CODE ON MY FIRST ORDER?
During checkout, you will find a designated field where you can enter your discount code. Simply type or copy and paste the code into the provided box and click on the "Apply" button.
